Dear visitors, we currently have no changes in opening hours.

Regular opening hours

Intervals between tours: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 30 minutes | Tuesday – Friday: 60 minutes

The ticket office is open 30 minutes before opening time

January – April Monday – Friday: Closed, available by prior booking only*
April  Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday – Friday: Closed, available by prior booking only*
May – September

Tuesday – Sunday, public holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Monday: Closed, available by prior booking only*
October Saturday, Sunday, public holidays: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday – Friday: Closed, available by prior booking only*
November – December Monday – Friday: Closed, available by prior booking only* or during Advent and New Year’s Eve tours
Advent and New Year’s Eve tours will be announced in the course of 2026

*  Outside regular opening hours, tours are available on weekdays by prior booking only. Booking is possible for a group of at least five visitors paying the full entrance fee or, in the case of a smaller group, for the entrance fee of 1000 CZK.

Outside regular opening hours, we ask for reservations preferably two working days before the tour. Please wait for confirmation of your reservation, until then the reservation is invalid. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Guided tours takes approximately 45 minutes.
  • The last tour starts 60 minutes before the end of the opening hours.
  • Lunch break 12 PM – 1 PM, Ticket office open from 12:30 PM
  • Available in limited amount are:
    • audio guides (         RU)
    • guiding texts (       RU    UA)
